RIASSUNTO
Il saggio prende in considerazione la questione, che attraversa la riflessione europea nella seconda metà del ’700, di quanto la pura corporeità contribuisca a definire e fondare l’umanità dell’uomo, e rileva come rispetto a questo nucleo di problemi la riflessione di Vico rimanga appartata non solo per motivi cronologici, visto che la lontananza dalle prospettive sensiste e anti-innatistiche segna l’intero percorso vichiano.

ABSTRACT
This Essay examines the question of how much pure corporeality contributes to define and found human being's humanity. Facing to the core of this issue, which runs across European reflection throughout the second half of 18th Century, Vico's reflection remains apart not only for chronological reasons, since it has always been marked by Vico's distance from any sensistic and anti-innatistic perspective.
